With so many gorgeous dresses and smart suits sported among the sea of guests, it proved quite a challenge for Malaysia Tatler’s video team to cover all the fashionable highlights. But shoulder the task, we did, with an exclusive, insider interview featuring dapper gentlemen and stylish ladies of the evening.

Ladies gravitated to gowns with structured and figure flattering silhouettes and flared, sweeping skirts, as donned by Lim May Jian, Kavita Sidhu and Yap Po Leen. Men, on the other hand, invigorated their classic tux with tailored details of dynamic accessories and swanky patterns. Case in point, Roberto Guiati, Andre Lim and Dato’ Seri Bernard Chandran.

 As noted in our compilation of Best Dressed Ladies and Gentlemen at #MYTatlerBall2017, local designers were a favourite fixture, such as Farah Khan, Melinda Looi, Ian Chang and Carven Ong, other than international labels like Roger Vivier and Oscar de la Renta.
