The Oyster Perpetual Air-King and GMT-Master II have been updated for today's intrepid adventurers
The Oyster Perpetual Air-King pays tribute to the golden age of aviation in 1930s when pilots were often seen wearing an Oyster watch in flight. This year, the model has been refreshed with a new case that features a crown guard.
On the dial, an '0' is added next to the numeral '5' to better complement the rest of the double digits on dial, with the exception of '3', '6', and '9' that appear slightly bigger in size.

For better visibility in the dark, the dial is incorporated with an optimised Chromalight display. The hands, triangle at '12' and indexes are coated with a new luminescent material exclusive to Rolex for longer-lasting intense glow. Another first for the model is the presence of the Oysterlock safety clasp on the redesigned bracelet. The watch is powered by calibre 3230 that is certified Superlative Chronometer.

Meantime, the Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II dares to defy expectations by placing the crown on the left side of the watch. The date aperture along with Cyclops have also been moved to '9'.
