British fashion icon Zandra Rhodes unveiled an exclusive collaboration with MatchesFashion.com on Wednesday, featuring pieces inspired by the best in her fashion archives, according to British Vogue.

Ten of Rhodes' most famous dresses will get a 2016 twist, offering a reminder of the rock stars and royalty who originally sported them.

Rhodes' designs have been worn by Princess Diana, Freddie Mercury, Donna Summer and Natalie Wood, and she created the costumes for "The Magic Flute" with the San Diego Opera in 2001. She is also the founder of the Fashion and Textile Museum in London, in operation since May 2003.

#ThrowbackThursday to the time Rhodes herself was in KL for Lord's Tailor fashion show at Alta Moda Fashion Weekend.
