Prada casts four Hollywood heartthrobs – Ansel Elgort, Ethan Hawke, Jack O'Connell and Miles Teller – in its latest menswear campaign shot by Craig McDean.
Joining the celebrity bandwagon, Italian brand Prada has signed four top acting talents for its latest advertising menswear campaign.
Miuccia Prada once again looked to Hollywood for her heartthrobs: the Italian designer's new menswear campaign stars four of today's most exciting leading men: Ansel Elgort (The Fault in Our Stars), silver screen legend Ethan Hawke (Training Day), rising star Jack O’Connell (300: Rise of an Empire), and Miles Teller (Divergent).
Craig McDean photographed the cast between London and New York, with a series of close-up images that see the actors interacting with tactile objects from knives to prisms, and which also switch between black and white. The collection's leitmotiv, an overstitched graphic effect in contrasting color, is also shown off in the campaign, appearing on 1970s style lapels and collars.
While the other thespians are relatively new hands, Ethan Hawke is a more established name, with the 44-year-old having first hit the big time with a break-through performance in 1989's 'Dead Poets Society' and 2001's 'Training Day'.
